In this video we show you a series of exercises used to stabilise the shoulder. The exercises include; Lateral Rotation, Medial Rotation, Abduction (Palm Forward,Down and Back), Shoulder Extension and Bicep Stretch. For all of these exercises you will need a light elastic exercise band. To make the exercises effective a good posture with shoulders back is required.
